Law in the Absence of Man & Man in the Absence of Law (part two): Gender Identity as the Legal Negation of Sexual Identity

Part one proposed that the phenomenon named Gender is a by-product of Abortion. One’s Gender is one’s de-naturalized, purely legal identity; our legal self as re-imagined through the lens of Abortion - the lens stating that Man, not God, decides what a person is. The proposal is derived from the recognition of the effect of legally redefining a natural reality and the application of that effect to a relevant area of law. Abortion represents a fork in the railway tracks, with Legality veering off at an angle from Reality. Rather than the two worlds residing in a harmonious relationship, Legality becomes antagonistic towards Reality.
