Here are two ways to answer the question of where babies come from: 1) there are two different sexes. When the sexes unite across their difference the whole sexual reproductive system is present, which allows for the possibility of new life; 2) some people are not alive in the present present but are alive in a future present. The present present only exists by bringing people from the future present into it. Men are keys to the door to the future, and women are locks. Together they can turn the lock. Sometimes God opens the door to allow babies from the future to step into the present.
